Q&A with Ken and Susie Jevec of Cider Creek Bakery
Each month, we send a set of questions to our featured business owners and share their answers with our readers. For October, we reached out to Ken and Susie Jevec, owners of Cider Creek Bakery & Deli. Along with their talented, dedicated, and hard-working staff, Ken and Susie provide scrumptious pastries, pies, cookies, muffins, breads, soups, salad, and specialty sandwiches to locals and tourists daily.
Here’s what Ken and Susie had to say…
PASOMagazine: To what do you attribute having repeat customers?
Ken & Susie: People return because we give good customer service and our food is always made fresh with high quality and consistency. If you had a baked good or a sandwich from us last year, you can expect to have the same product experience this year!
PASOMagazine: Do you have a slogan or motto for your business?
Ken & Susie: I don’t know of a slogan that we use but we greet all our customers that walk through our door. After 22 years in business, we have come to know so many of our customers and enjoy talking to them. We want our customers to be happy with our customer service, our food quality and our friendly atmosphere.
PASOMagazine: With the holiday season quickly approaching, is there anything you’d like to share with our readers?
Ken & Susie: The holiday season is fast approaching and we are already starting to prepare for it. To avoid any disappointment, it is best to place your order (by phone or in person) ahead of time so that we will have it ready for pick up. This ensures that the delicious apple pie or yummy chocolate chip cookies will be waiting for you!
