For April, we reached out to Diane Cassidy, REALTOR® at RE/MAX Parkside Real Estate and owner/operator of Golden Oak Estate Sales, as well as Jutta Thoerner and Kasia Roether, owners and operators of Equine Experience.
Diane brings experience in mortgage banking, staging, and estate/personal property liquidation to the RE/MAX team and provides an exceptional level of professionalism and service to her clients. With Golden Oak Estate Sales, she has been bringing compassion to her clients since 2013. With a motto of “Experience Peace of Mind,” Diane is the ultimate professional. Individually, Jutta and Kasia have been in business for 15+ years, and started their Equine Experience partnership in 2017. As part of the Koelle Institute of Equus Coaching®, they are certified Equine Master Facilitators and coaches. Jutta and Kasia are passionate about horses and coaching, and their motto “Helping people to live their best life” says it all!

What are the top 5 qualities you and/or your team possess that make your business work?
DIANE: Integrity, reliability, knowledge, tenacity, and being creative.
What do you most enjoy about the people and places here in Paso Robles & SLO County?
DIANE: Paso Robles is a lifestyle. Our community is filled with loving, wholesome families. I’ve experienced everything from a cattle drive through town to an Elegant Evening in the park. We really do have something for everyone!
Do you have any discounts or special events to share with our readers in April, or May?
DIANE: When I list your home during the month of April I will offer free estate sale services through Golden Oak Estate Sales, our family-owned estate sale company. That means you keep the total proceeds of the sale.
When you’re not working, where might we find you locally?
DIANE: Spending time with our new granddaughter Brinlynn Cassidy Hill, practicing at River Oaks Golf Course or volunteering for CASA.

What do you most enjoy about the people and places here in Paso Robles & SLO County?
Jutta & KaSIa: We think the people in Paso Robles and SLO county are one of the kind! Gracious, curious and so friendly and helpful. Of course, the weather and landscape is beautiful and another reason why we live here.
Do you have any discounts or special events to share with our readers in April or May?
Jutta & KaSIa: We have a workshop on April 21and 22, Spring Resolutions. On May 19, we offer a discount event, Equus Demo Day and, on May 26, the workshop, Play Date. Please check our website equine-experience.com and go to services for details on these events.
When you’re not working, where might we find you locally?
Jutta & KaSIa: You can find Jutta out gardening or playing with the animals on her Walnut farm. Kasia and her husband Jim love to hike in and around SLO County.
