Taste of Downtown returns Sept. 19 with food and chalk art

PASO ROBLES — The 30th annual Taste of Downtown & Arte de Tiza will bring food and art to downtown Paso Robles on Saturday, Sept. 19.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Taste of Downtown PASS holders can visit 46 local restaurants, wineries and a brewery to sample a variety of food and beverages. Participating businesses will be located within a few blocks of downtown City Park.

Tickets are $60, plus a service fee, and proceeds benefit the Paso Robles Main Street Association’s free holiday promotion events. Tickets went on sale Sept. 1 through My805Tix.

The event will coincide with the 21st annual Arte de Tiza, a chalk-art celebration presented by the Paso Robles Art Association. Local artists will create chalk murals along Pine Street between 11th and 12th streets, with artwork beginning at 8 a.m.
