Fork + Vine long table dinner coming to downtown Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES — The Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce will host its inaugural Fork + Vine long table dinner Oct. 22 in downtown Paso Robles.

The event will transform Pine Street between 11th and 12th streets into an open-air dining space, where guests will gather at communal tables for an evening featuring local food and wine.

Chef Rachel Ponce of Staviary will curate and prepare the multi-course, family-style dinner. The evening will begin with a tasting experience featuring local wines, seasonal cocktails and appetizers from downtown Paso Robles chefs.

Following the tasting, guests will take their seats along Pine Street for dinner. The event will conclude with a speakeasy-themed after-party at 1122 Cocktail Lounge, featuring handcrafted cocktails and an intimate setting.

“Fork + Vine is about more than gathering around a table,” said Robert Covarrubias, CEO of the Paso Robles & Templeton Chamber of Commerce. “It is an opportunity to bring together the chefs, winemakers, businesses, residents and visitors who contribute to the culture of Paso Robles. We are excited to introduce an event that celebrates collaboration while creating an experience that feels distinctly Paso Robles.”

Proceeds will benefit the Paso Robles High School Jazz Band, provide a scholarship sponsorship for a participant to attend Leadership County and support the Paso Robles & Templeton chambers.
