Park Cinemas to screen The Sting for Film Noir Night

PASO ROBLES — Park Cinemas will host a Film Noir Night featuring the 1973 classic “The Sting” on Sunday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. at its downtown Paso Robles theater.

Starring Robert Redford, Paul Newman, Robert Shaw, Ray Walston, Eileen Brennan and Charles Durning, “The Sting” follows a grifter and veteran con artist who team up to swindle a homicidal racketeer through an elaborate racetrack scam set in 1930s Chicago.

The film won seven Academy Awards and is known for its witty story, stylish production and memorable soundtrack.

Tickets are $20 online, plus a small service fee, or at the box office. Reserved seating is recommended.
