The Wine & Dine PourFest: A Tribute to Sherman’s Legacy will return Saturday, June 6, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Estrella Warbirds Museum in Paso Robles, bringing together local wine, craft beer, barbecue, and fundraising in support of veterans.
The evening will feature pours from 20 Central Coast wineries, select craft breweries, and a barbecue dinner with steak, sides, fresh-baked bread, and desserts. Guests will also enjoy live and silent auctions featuring trips, dining experiences, and event tickets.
General admission tickets include a commemorative wine glass for tastings. VIP packages are also available, including the Medal of Honor ($5,000) and Silver Star ($2,500) levels, which offer reserved seating, eight tickets, wine, and Honor Flight merchandise.
Proceeds from the event will directly benefit Honor Flight Central Coast California, a nonprofit that sends local veterans on “Tour of Honor” trips to Washington, D.C., where they visit memorials including Arlington National Cemetery, the Vietnam Wall, and the World War II Memorial.
Organizers say the goal is to give veterans recognition for their service while raising funds to continue the program.
