Update: Detectives seek tips on vehicles linked to missing woman

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is providing an update in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Isabel Lucas Velasco. Detectives have seized two vehicles as evidence related to her disappearance.

Authorities are seeking the public’s help with any sightings or interactions involving these vehicles on the night of September 12, or during September 14, particularly along Highway 198 west of Coalinga, as well as in the Coalinga and Avenal areas. Surveillance footage or witness information could assist the investigation.

Isabel Lucas Velasco, 50, of Coalinga, who was last known to be in the county on Sept. 12. Isabel is described as 5’1” tall, weighing 145 lbs. She has connections to Coalinga and Visalia.
