Templeton man reported missing; Considered at risk

TEMPLETON — The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating 37-year-old Chad Patrick Corpuz of Templeton, who has been reported as an at-risk missing person.
According to the Sheriff's office, deputies responded to a missing person report on June 18 after Corpuz was last seen leaving his residence in the 1200 block of Bennett Way around 11 a.m. on June 16. Authorities said he left behind his cell phone, vehicle, and dog and is believed to be traveling on foot. He also failed to report to work on June 17.
Corpuz is considered at risk because investigators believe he may be experiencing a mental health crisis. He is described as a White/Filipino male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hat, blue shirt, and long dark shorts.
