Paso Robles Councilmember Kris Beal launches re-election campaign

PASO ROBLES — Paso Robles City Councilmember Kris Beal has officially launched her campaign for re-election, kicking off her bid for a second term with a community event at Downtown City Park.

The family-friendly gathering brought together residents, business owners, educators and community members to hear remarks from longtime civic leader Dee Lacey and Beal, who outlined her priorities and vision for another term on the City Council.

Beal said her approach to public service has focused on helping residents understand local government, navigate the public process and address community concerns.

During her first term, Beal highlighted work on pedestrian safety improvements along the Uptown and Spring Street corridor, support for investments in parks and youth sports facilities, efforts to streamline regulations for food trucks, and assistance with neighborhood issues such as permitting, trash cleanup, flood prevention and pedestrian safety.

"I am grateful for the support of so many residents throughout our community and honored by the trust they have placed in me," Beal said. "We've made meaningful progress together, and I'm excited to continue building a Paso Robles where families, workers, seniors, businesses and the next generation can thrive."
