PRJUSD to host Ribbon Cutting for New Paso Robles Aquatics Center

PASO ROBLES — Paso Robles Joint Unified School District will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Paso Robles Aquatics Center on Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m., followed by student-led tours of the facility.

The Aquatics Center, funded through voter-approved Measure M, marks a major milestone for the district and community, providing modern aquatic facilities for students and expanding regional access to swimming programs and events.

“This project has been a long time coming, and we are excited to celebrate its completion with our community,” said Superintendent Jennifer Loftus. “The Aquatics Center is a direct reflection of community support and is something the entire Paso Robles community can take pride in.”

The ribbon-cutting event will officially open the facility and offer students, staff, community members, and local partners a chance to celebrate one of the district’s most significant capital projects in recent years.

PRJUSD serves more than 6,400 students across northern San Luis Obispo County and emphasizes integrity, accountability, collaboration, innovation, compassion, and belonging in its schools.
