Chris Mansfield 1975-2026

Chris, born October 16, 1975, passed away on May 1, 2026. Loved by those who knew him, Chris will be remembered for his toughness, his quick wit, and his sense of humor.

He was a loyal fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Lakers. He loved taking the long way home — windows down, radio on. He loved smash burgers with everything on them, Mom’s breakfasts, Dad’s smoked ribs. He leaves this life still holding the record for the most grapes in his mouth without choking.

Last year, Chris moved to Sacramento to be closer to Mike and his family. He learned to bowl, went to his first dance, and was able to spend time with his brother, sister-in-law, his nephew, and his niece.

We held a private memorial.
