Templeton Seed Swap set for Jan. 31

TEMPLETON — Multiflora Garden Club, with support from North County Master Gardeners and the Native Plant Society, will host a free Seed Swap on Saturday, Jan. 31, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Templeton Community Center, 601 Main St.

Community members are invited to stop by to pick up seeds and learn more about seed starting. No seeds are required to participate; organizers will distribute more than 3,000 free seed packets, including vegetables, flowers, herbs, and native plants. Free seed-starting kits will also be available for kids while supplies last.

The event is open to all and offers an opportunity for gardeners of all experience levels to try something new and get ready for the upcoming growing season.
