San Luis Obispo County Sheriff investigating missing Coalinga woman

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of Isabel LucasVelasco, 50, of Coalinga, who was last known to be in the county on September 12. Isabel is described as 5’1” tall, weighing 145 lbs. She has connections to Coalinga and Visalia.
