RISE Recruiting for Education Program Coordinator Organization RISE is a nonprofit organization that serves survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault/abuse and their loved ones. Position Reporting to the Education Program Manager, the Education Program Coordinator (EPC) works within RISE’s Prevention Education Department team. The EPC engages and recruits adult community members in mobilization efforts towards the primary prevention of sexual assault (SA) and intimate partner violence (IPV) through the utilization of RISE’s primary prevention program Close to Home (C2H). In addition the EPC supports in coordination, development, and implementation of school-based and community education curricula. This implementation includes the facilitation of community presentations with youth and adults as well as agency partners to raise awareness of SA and IPV, intersecting issues, tools to prevent incidence of SA/IPV, and insight on how to appropriately support survivors of SA/IPV in their lives and/or fields of service.
