The storm is expected to bring 3 to 5 inches of rain and sustained winds of 10 to 20 mph, with gusts reaching 30 to 40 mph and up to 80 mph in wind-prone areas. Rapidly changing conditions may include heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and the potential for weak tornadoes. A High Wind Watch and Flood Watch have been issued for the entire county.
