City reappoints two planning commissioners, Appoints One New Member

PASO ROBLES — During a special meeting on February 11, the Paso Robles City Council reappointed Ty Christensen and Eric Marlow to the Planning Commission and appointed Ashley Lorenz as a new member. The commissioners’ three-year terms begin March 1.

Christensen, a long-time Paso Robles resident and real estate professional, begins his third term and has served as Planning Commission Chair, participating in projects such as the Beechwood Specific Plan and Gateway Annexation. Marlow, a construction project manager, begins his second term and brings experience in private and public construction projects.

Lorenz, a local business owner and commercial real estate professional, replaces Pat Connelly, who did not seek reappointment. Lorenz has been active in downtown Paso Robles development, including managing key properties like the Park Ballroom and Clock Tower building, and contributing to the Hotel Ava project.

All three commissioners are expected to play key roles in shaping Paso Robles’ future development and planning decisions.
