Dan Copp donates new TVs, Kate Moldauer provides artwork

SAN LUIS OBISPO —Division 24 Kiwanis Clubs- Atascadero, Bay Osos, Paso Robles, and San Luis Obispo Kiwanis Clubs collectively gifted $12,000.00 to purchase a new dental chair for Tolosa Children’s Dental Center San Luis Obispo Office. 

On March 5 a reception for Division 24 Kiwanis Clubs, Dan Copp, DDS and Artist Kate Moldauer was held at Tolosa Children’s Dental Center San Luis Obispo office. Representatives from each division gathered and a plaque commemorating the generous donation was presented to the clubs. 

Dan Copp, DDS. was recognized for his generous donation of three televisions enhancing the pediatric dental experience for patients to watch during dental treatments. Artist Kate Moldauer was recognized for her original artwork designed for the new TCDC SLO Dental Center.

Tolosa Children’s Dental Center has been improving children’s oral health in San Luis Obispo County since 2003. TCDC treated over 6,000 local children last year, the need for pediatric dental care continues to rise. TCDC is the only nonprofit pediatric dental center in SLO County. TCDC offers comprehensive pediatric dental services to children of all ages and abilities including preventive care, oral health education, restorative, emergency treatment and extensive care requiring the use of general anesthesia.
