Two fires break out on Jardine Road

PASO ROBLES — A vegetation fire broke out on Jardine Road in rural Paso Robles on Sunday, Nov. 11, at approximately 12:28 p.m. The small grass fire in a pasture on Jardine road was quickly contained.
Another unrelated fire broke out on the 4200 blocks of Jardine and Prairie Roads in Paso Robles. A small shed was fully engulfed and threatened nearby vehicles, vegetation, and residential structures.
Several engines knocked down the fire at approximately at 3:52 p.m. and protected the nearby shop and residence as well as several nearby homes. One shed and an unused vehicle did sustain significant damage. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
