Sheriff’s corner suspect at OSH Warehouse


PASO ROBLES — San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Paso Robles. The event happened at approximately 2:45 p.m. when deputies were dispatched to a reported theft of power tools in the 100 block of Kiler Canyon Road, said Tony Cipolla, a spokesperson from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies passed a car matching the description of the suspect’s car and pulled it over in the Orchard Supply Hardware Store parking lot on the 2000 block of Theatre Drive in Paso Robles. The suspect jumped out of the car and ran into the warehouse section of Orchard Supply Hardware Store.
Deputies located him and ordered him to come out. The suspect, Michael Christian Foor, 49, followed police orders and was arrested without incident.
Foor was charged with resisting a peace officer, false representation to a peace officer, theft, possession of a methamphetamine, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of xanax.  
Foor was booked into county jail on May, 29 at 5:26 p.m. and his bond was set at $5,000.
