Public invited to view curriculum


The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District (PRJUSD) is conducting a public display of curriculum materials for grades 6-12. The public display will be held from now through May 18 from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the lobby of the district office located at 800 Niblick Road. The purpose of the public display is to provide the community the opportunity to give input on the recommended materials before submission to the PRJUSD Board of Trustees for adoption. Below is a list of course titles and the materials up for adoption, including the name of the publisher and title of the textbook:

Grades 9-12
Modern World History: Pearson: World History
U.S. History: Cengage/National Geographic: America Through the Lens: 1877 to the Present
Government: Pearson: American Government
Economics: Pearson: Economics
AP U.S. History: Cengage: The Enduring Vision: A History of American People
Psychology: Prentice Hall: Psychology
Business Communication: Goodheart-Willcox, Professional Communication
Agricultural Economics: Pearson: Introduction to Agricultural Economics
Agricultural Business: McGraw Hill: Understanding Business
History of Jazz, Blues, and Pop: Oxford Press: History of Jazz
The PRJUSD Board of Trustees will be presented with this curriculum at their regular meeting on May 22.
