L. Vermelle Sporleder from Templeton, born in Oklahoma 1917 went with Jesus on June 2018.
Her 100 years were beyond her wildest dreams. An only child, she desired to have a large family. She and George, her husband of 80 years, were blessed with three loving children. Her children were her life. When the children left the nest, she enjoyed time with her mother, husband, work, travel, charities, home décor and the Bible. Often people would comment about her positive attitude. She loved every place she ever lived and the neighbors that come with those residences.
Having many wonderful doctors over the years, especially the last 20, she would like to thank Doctors Lawrence, Sigmund, Wearda, and Zovich. She also wanted to thank caregivers Susan, Patty, Olivia, and nurse Annie.
She is survived by her children: Sharron, Mike and Bill; grandchildren: Scott, Michelle, Melissa and Kim; Great grandchildren: Kyle, Lindsay, Shane, Courtney, Amanda, Robert, Ryan, Renee, Dakota and Bailey; Great great grandchild Sophia.
God bless you, Mom. Thank you, we love you and will miss you.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 12 at 11 a.m. at Templeton District Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice in Vermelle's name. Arrangements are under the direction of Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home.
