TEMPLETON — The Coffee Mafia is now serving its “strong as brass” espresso at Twin Cities Community Hospital. The coffee company — known for its deliciously complex coffee — has opened a permanent kiosk in the hospital’s main lobby.

Coffee expert Michael Pinocchio is excited to serve the hospital’s need for espresso and the surrounding area businesses looking for a pick-me-up.

“We saw this as the perfect opportunity to open a specialty coffee kiosk that would serve patients, families and hospital staff, as well as office professionals in the area,” said Pinocchio, who spent 15 years serving coffee at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo.

The Coffee Mafia is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the main lobby at Twin Cities Community Hospital, 1100 Las Tablas Rd. Templeton. Orders can also be placed via phone call or text at 805-286-0676.

To celebrate the newly opened cart, The Coffee Mafia offered a grand opening special of 50-percent off all drinks, all day on Wednesday, Nov. 28.

The Coffee Mafia serves a variety of coffee and tea, both hot and cold.
