PASO ROBLES — The final installment of Paso versus Atascadero came this week when the wrestling teams from both schools finally met. With all other sports having already played, the Bearcats lead the winter series 5-1.
It was senior night in Paso Robles and the Bearcats recognized those wrestling in the final home match. Paso beat the Hounds soundly on Wednesday night, winning the dual match 55-12. The lower weight classes for the Bearcats really showed their dominance early in the evening and the heavier weight classes continued the trend.
The Bearcats dominated the night and wrestled with great confidence.

According to Bearcat wrestlers, the team elected to have everyone wrestle up a weight class on Wednesday.
“It was tough, but I think a lot of us did pretty good,” Murphy said.
